The artistic aim of the programme is the creation of an impressive picture of the fortress hill Tsarevets, which has gradually arisen through the ages into a symbol of the Bulgarian spirit and national pride; the idea is conveyed through the means of music and diverse light effects. Music is the leading component of the programme it has been especially written for the purpose.

More than 10,000 dogs from around the world participated Saturday at this year’s Euro Dog Show in several categories, including that for Europe’s top beauty.
“It’s the biggest Euro Dog show so far in the number of foreign participants. We will host over 10,400 dogs, including some 1,000 from Croatia,” said Damir Skok, head of Croatia’s kennel federation (HKS). The previous event which took place in Helsinki in 2006 drew some 10,000 dogs, half of them from Finland, he added.

It was built in 1939, at the ancient grounds of “Villa Mina”, a neighborhood belonging to Marianalo area. From that time it was identified by its great glass arch.

Organized every two years by the GIFAS (Association of French Aerospace companies), the Paris Air show is the occasion for the French and international aeronautical and space communities to present its most recent materials and most powerful, to reveal its programs for the future, to announce or negotiate contracts and projects of co-operations. The Paris Air Show is the world’s largest, with 480,000 visitors reported in 2005. That year’s show featured nearly 2,000 exhibitors and more than 200 aircraft on display.

The city has been a magnet for stylish men and women since the seventeenth century, but the French fashion industry has evolved considerably over the centuries—and never more than in the last few years.
