provides great skiing for all skill levels. The resort is now a total Alps experience for the whole family, with winter sleigh rides and summer ice shows. The resort s offers one of the most classy ski vacations available. Ski season typically runs from November/December to March/April. Main route in is ID 75 off US 20 to the south.

Tonga Islands

Tonga is a kingdom. The islands lie south of Samoa and are about one-third of the way from New Zealand.  It is the only South Pacific group of islands (170) that has always ruled itself. Several of the islands are volcanic, with active craters, but most are coral atolls. The entire island is population- just over 100,000.

King Edward Point

South Georgia, the applied fisheries research station at King Edward Point. It is 170km long and varies in width from 2km to 40km. King Edward Point lies at the entrance to King Edward Cove. The purpose built facilities include the accommodation building, Everson House and the James Cook Laboratory.

Some of the world’s most beautiful underwater environments are located in Sulawesi, Indonesia. There’s the Bunaken Marine Reserve with white sandy beaches, a dense population of fish, coral and deep underwater gullies and valleys; Lembeh Straits and its WWI shipwrecks and unusual black sand bottoms; the Togean Islands which host all major reef formations (fringing, barrier, patch and atoll); Wakatobi in Tukang Besi Archipelago and its fascinating fossil reef formations and a myriad of marine species, such as sperm and pilot whales, spinner, bottle-nose dolphins and dugongs; the sea garden of Takabonerate National Park, southwest of Selayar Island, which is the third largest coral atoll in the world, as the Banggai Archipelago, the Makassar Straits, Kapoposang, Bira and Selayar islands… the list of amazing location is endless.

The cool highlands and mountains of Papua invite trekkers to explore largely untouched territories. Visit Dani honays or huts that are built close together in a traditional village compound in the Baliem Valley. The two highest peaks in the Jayawijaya mountain range are the world’s few capped mountains located on the equator. Take a boat ride on Lake Sentani in Jayapura and enjoy some tranquil fishing.

Iceland is a very special land which offers very interesting nature for every traveler. Hotel Ranga is located in South Iceland just on the banks of premiere salmon river called the East Ranga. The river length is 96 km, east of Reykjavik near the main road.
