Not so many cities in the world can be acting like Jerusalem. The city is cultural, political and spiritual crashing point since ages – the crossroads for the world’s three great monotheistic religions. But there you will also find the sophisticated Jerusalem far removed from the churches, and synagogues. The local institutions such as the Israel Museum, the annual Israel Festival, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Bezalel Arts Academy have given the city an urban edge that serves as both an anchor and oasis.

This concert hall is designed by Santiago Calatrava, which is known for such landmarks as the City of Arts (Valencia), the Montjuic Communications Tower (Barcelona) and BCE Place (Toronto). The auditorium is located on the waterfront in the port area of Santa Cruz, Tenerife and connects the city to the ocean, creates a significant urban landmark. The concert hall features the architect’s signature wing effect – a single wing that seems to enfold the building without covering it entirely.

It is not possible to get to Easter Island, without traveling a long distance. For example if you live in New York City you will travel to Santiago, Chile (almost 12 hours), probably you should rest a day and then catching another jet plane 5 hours into the Pacific to reach your goal. The adventure trip will be an hour shorter if you live in New Zealand, but don’t count on it.

The Republic of Cape Verde is located on an archipelago in the Macaronesia ecoregion of West Africa. Cape Verde is a former Portuguese colony, comprises ten inhabited and several uninhabited volcanic islands in the Atlantic Ocean. Their population is of mixed African and European descent.
The group of Cape Verde islands includes: Santo Antao, Sao Vicente, Santa Luzia, Sao Nicolau, Sal, Boa Vista, Sao Tiago, Brava, Fogo and Maio.

The Sundial Bridge at Turtle Bay (Exploration park) crosses the Sacramento River in the heart of Redding, California. The special bridge was opened in july 4, 2004 and links the north and south campuses of the Turtle Bay Park and serves, as a new entrance for Redding’s extensive Sacramento River Trail system. The bridge is also enviromentally sensitive to its river setting. Plazas are situated at both ends of the bridge for public use -the north side plaza stretches to the water allowing patrons to sit at the river’s edge.

The new terminal of Bilbao Airport, Spain is a production of Aerodynamic roof over the administrative areas, restaurants and waiting areas. So this exciting architecture is design by the architect Santiago Calatrava. The investment is 43 million Euros($39million). It covers an area of 25, 000 square meters and will be able to handle up 3 million passenger per year.
