The Geisel Library is the main library building on the University of California, San Diego campus and is open to non-students. Being located so close Hollywood it isn’t surprising that the Geisel has been the location of several movie and television shoots. William Pereira designed the Geisel Library in the late 1960s, at the end of a decade that saw a wave of supposedly futuristic architecture sweep southern California. Originally named The University Library Building, On December 1, 1995 it was renamed Geisel Library in honor of Audrey and Theodor Geisel (Dr. Seuss) for the generous contributions.

The city of Guanajuato is a cultural capital of the Bajio region in central Mexico, and is considered as one of the most charming destinations in the nation. It’s a lovely, colonial city that looks like old Europe. Founded in the 11th century, Avila is a medieval city in western Spain, about 70 miles northwest of Madrid. Dates from pre-Roman times this old town has the best preserved medieval walls in Spain. With 82 semicircular towers and nine gates, the walls, surrounding the city, have a total length of 2.5 km and is on average 12 meters high. Ávila also has a magnificently historic cathedral, a number of Extra-Muros Churches, and an authentic medieval atmosphere. For all these reasons, the entire Old Town of Ávila has been designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Comprises just 28% of the 4,682 total acres that made up the old MCAS El Toro base, the Orange County Great Park the first great metropolitan park of the 21st Century. Located between Los Angeles and San Diego, the park is so popular with the exciting Balloon Park, where you get to take a trip in a hot air balloon around the city. The park opened its first attraction, a balloon ride that takes visitors to 150 m for a panoramic view of the construction of the park as well as views of the county, on July 14, 2007. Thus, the park more or less caters to the ones who like their share of cultural intake and to those who are up for an adventure at any given time.
