Soho Photo Gallery was found in 1971 by a group of New York Times photographers as an alternative to commercial galleries. It is now the only non-profit cooperative photography gallery in New York City.Part of its community are more than 110 members. Soho Photo is managed by its members who lead, operate and financially support the Gallery.
