Ski Dubai in Dubai Emirates Mall started in December 2005 is the worlds third largest indoor ski slope. The slopes are 280 feet high (85m) and 262 feet wide (80m) wide, with a capacity of 1500 guests. Temperatures stay just below freezing—cold enough to be refreshing. Kids and parents like will have fun in the interactive Snow Park, which at well over 30,000 square feet is the largest indoor snow park in the world.

The ‘eighth wonder of the world’, Palm Jumeirah is an audacious feat of human engineering. Built in the 1990, it is one of several new buildings that signal a desire to shape the image of the city as one of a modern commercial center. The National Bank of Dubai building sets the high modern, progressive standards of architecture of the new generation. Located along the busy waterfront, the Tower is supported at the sides by two massive granite columns. The facade is inspired by the sails of the local and reflects both the sky and the water in its curved mirror.
