The Museum of Applied Arts contains one of Budapest’s most interesting art collections. The
Museum was the third museum to be built in Europe after fellow institutions in
London (1857) and
Vienna (1864). This beautiful building was designed by Odön Lechner and completed in 1896. It houses a number of interesting exhibitions with a permanent display of arts and crafts and furniture in the upstairs area.

Saint Petersburg is a city and a federal subject of
Russia located on the Neva River at the head of the Gulf of Finland on the Baltic Sea. The city’s other names were Petrograd and Leningrad. Founded by Emperor Peter the Great on May 27, 1703, it was the capital of the Russian Empire for more than two hundred years. Saint Petersburg ceased being the capital in 1918 after the Russian Revolution of 1917. It is Russia’s second largest and Europe’s fourth largest city (by city limit) after
Moscow,
London and
Paris. 4.6 million people live in the city, and over 6 million people live in the city’s vicinity.
Saint Petersburg is a major European cultural center, and important Russian port on the Baltic Sea. It is often described as the most Western European styled city of Russia.

As summer approach, New York slowly has been rearrange by Europeans over the last few weeks. This is exactly ‘’Moore in America’’ – a exhibition which opens in the New York Botanical Garden and is the largest outdoor collection of his work. The place is very attractive and peaceful. It’s good idea to spend a summer afternoon, as well as a museum in itself, one of flora.
