The five-storied Patwon ki Haveli is the maximal of its charitable in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India. Situated on a contract lane in the principal Jaisalmer city, Patwon ki haveli was constructed by Guman Chand Patwa and his fivesome sons. The havelis are also noted as the ‘residence of brocade merchants’. Also famed as Salim Singh ki haveli of Jaisalmer, this haveli is wainscoted with beautifully bowed roof having exquisitely lapidarian brackets in the change of peacocks. Subdivided into six apartments, the haveli is exquisitely engraved.
This haveli is presently engaged by the governance, which uses it for varied purposes.

Fujinomiya Trail has been famous for the starting point (the front entrance) of Mount Fuji, Japan, climbing since ancient times. This is the shortest route to the top, and the trail head itself is at a high altitude. Mountain huts with a high capacity are located at almost equal distance, and some rest places are also available. It is the route that allows you to enjoy comfortable mountain climbing. In the middle of the trail, you can see the crater of the last eruption in the Hoei era (1707), located at the east side of Mt. Fuji.

Drakensberg Mountains spread onto immense valleys into which you descend on a curvaceous road. Endless folded hills stretch in a swathe of green velvet, while in other places the sandstone rocks glow gold in evening light. In contrast, sharp mountain peaks pierce the dense blue sky – sometimes with a cap of snow. There are several parks and reserves in and around the Drakensberg Mountains, some private and others administered by KZN Wildlife and National Park’s offices.

The annual Gallery Weekend Berlin, which just finished its seventh iteration, welcomed a severe flood of collectors, curators and artists to the city for a three-day marathon of 44 official openings and countless other events. One important artist was absent from the festivities: Ai Weiwei, the detained Chinese artist, whose exhibition will continue into June at Neugerriemschneider Gallery.
