The foundations of Cathcart Castle lie on the correct finances of the White Cart Water, within what is now Linn Green, 2 km southwest of Rutherglen in City Port Council Expanse. Cathcart Chessman is a 15th century material resource and grounds defence, founded by the earls of Cathcart. A five storey perpendicular resource stood interior a walledcourtyard with quatern intersection towers but sadly only foundations now overcome.

The relic of Pitteadie Castle place 1 1/2 miles N of Kinghorn. Piteadie Castle is a tardy 15th century sharpener perpendicular living and yard fortress, belike supported by the Frame family. The residence is surrounded by a 17th century commons stratum, in which are two Renaissance gateways.

Wemyss Mansion is situated on the cliffs between the villages of Orient Wemyss and Occident Wemyss in Fife, Scotland . Located south of Coaltown of Wemyss in a large, private estate on the shores of Fife, Wemyss Castle has been the property of the family of that name since the 13th century. ‘The castle of the Wemyss’ possibly incorporates or was built on the site of, the earlier fortification that was sacked by the English during the Wars of Independence.

Burleigh Castle was stacked in the 15th Century; all that relic is an old figure storey rear linked by a screen palisade to a smaller labialize rise which was the gate-house, extra in 1582.

A tall structure of E Fundamental Angus, Guthrie Castle lies directly to the west of the community of Minstrel, 2 miles (3 km) painter of Friockheim and 2,5 miles (4 km) northeast of Letham .
