Situated at 1355 m above sea level, Strbske Pleso with its large mountain lake is a favorite ski, tourist, and health resort in Slovakia. It is a good starting point for a host of hiking excursions and day-trips in the mountains including to Krivan and Rysy. Activities: Cross-country skiing, Ski-jumping.
