Located in Riga, the capital of Latvia, the restaurant looks like a medicine cabinet. Here the guests will be served by the waitresses in a nurse’s uniforms with red wigs and stethoscopes around their necks. Also they will be escorted through the restaurant in straightjackets and wheelchairs.
