Museum Erotica was founded by Ole Ege, a well-known Danish photographer of nudes, in 1992 and opened in May 1994 and is close to having entertained one million guests, half of them women. All age groups are represented, from teenagers to 80-year old. In addition to providing a glimpse into the sex lives of the famous, the exhibits present a survey of erotica around the world as well as through the ages.
