The Bata Shoe Museum is a museum in downtown Toronto, Canada that collects, researches, preserves, and exhibits footwear from around the mankind. The house is part of a series of simple structures used as holiday homes on a remote island which is situated 4 hours north of Toronto and is accessed solely by boat.
