Shumba’s Rest is a game farm adjacent to the Nylsvlei Nature Reserve in South Africa. It is less than two hours’ drive from Gauteng and is located in a malaria free area, which forms part of the Waterberg biosphere. Shumba’s Rest has three dams on the premises with a few species of fish. Roughly 10 species of game range freely on the farm for your pleasure and viewing. These include blue wildebeest, kudus, nyalas and giraffes.
