This spectacular museum is is one of the largest museums in the world. Located in Moscow, it bears name of its founder - local merchant and textile manufacturer Pavel Tretyakov. The gallery’s history starts in 1856 when Pavel Tretyakov bought several works by Russian artists with the aim of creating a collection and became famous from the minute it was opened to the public in 1870. The gallery displays Russian fine arts of X -XX centuries. Offering 62 rooms and 130,000 works icons, paintings, graphics and sculpture, State Tretyakov Gallery is considered as a must-see destination for all visitors to Moscow.

Set in a hilltop site in the Santa Monica Mountains, the Getty Center is a $1.3 billion center campus for cultural institutions overlooking the beautiful Los Angeles landscape and the Pacific Ocean. Created by the oil magnate J Paul Getty it started as the millionaire’s private collection. Opened to public in 1997, today the J. Welcome to the greatest sports facility in the New York City - the Yankees Stadium! Located in the Bronx, Yankee Stadium is just over the bridge from Manhattan and is home to the New York Yankees baseball team. This is the “new” Yankee Stadium which looks similar to the original 1923 Yankee Stadium. Built on 97,000 m2 of public parkland, the new ballpark was opened in 2009, when the Yankees hosted a workout day in front of fans from the Bronx community. The project is part of a larger redevelopment plan that includes a hotel, conference center and high school for sports-related careers.

Howick Historical Village is an award winning heritage attraction situated in surrounding Auckland suburb of Howick. This is a living history museum shows the history and life as it was for Auckland’s early settlers in the period 1840-1880. It comprises thirty original buildings set in 7 acres of grounds and gardens. The streets, the pond with ducks and geese, and the village gardens are faithful reconstructions of Victorian fashion, and there’s a cafe with homemade goodies as well.
