The quintessential city for style, romance and glamour

Hotel Lancaster is an Art Deco luxury boutique hotel dating from 1889, located in the heart of Paris just 100 metres from the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe. Only a 3-minute walk away from Le Louvre, it offers a classic and elegant atmosphere. Originally built as a townhouse for a Spanish nobleman, the hotel has retained its sense of elegance and history over the centuries.

As a member of “The Leading Hotels of the World”, the furniture in the house is part of an extensive and continuously evolving antique collection of over 1,000 pieces. With only 60 rooms, including 11 suites situated around a zen-like courtyard garden, this mini-palace takes pride in the tranquility and discretion it offers its guests. Furnished in luxury fabrics some rooms have a separate lounge, a private patio or views of the Eiffel Tower. The Lancaster past clientele has ranged from Noel Coward and King Umberto of Italy to Marlene Dietrich, Greta Garbo, Sir Alec Guiness and John Huston. The hotel features a bar, Senzone Lounge & Cocktail Bar, an elegant, sophisticated lounge area, as well as La Table du Lancaster, a Michelin-starred restaurant with the menu conceived by Michel Troisgros. Hotel Lancaster counts with one Michelin Star restaurant - La Table du Lancaster serves a combination of traditional French cuisine with an oriental touch and a prominence of slightly sour notes. Additional facilities include a 24-hour reception with free Wi-FI and a fitness centre with a sauna. Impeccable standards of service and attention to detail have led the hotel to become a particular favorite with royalty, society and leading figures from government and the arts.
