Designed by Croatian architect Silvije Novak of 3LHD, the Lone Hotel is situated only a ten-minute walk to the Adriatic resort town of Rovinj, Croatia. Built in 2011, the hotel is like a cruise ship inspired by 1970s local architecture. Lone’s “Y”-shaped structure gives the rooms spectacular views of the sparkling sea. Offering excellent location, exceptional services and quality facilities, this is the first hotel member of Design Hotels AG in Croatia.

The Lone Hotel offers 236 elegantly decorated guest rooms, 11 suites and one presidential suite featuring spectacular views of lush green surrounding. All modern design rooms at Hotel Lone have free Wi-Fi and a private balcony and are equipped with flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning and laptop safety box. Using large glass walls and mirrors to create the appearance of wide open spaces, a dramatic hotel lobby opens up towards the sky with an atrium spanning six levels.

Lone Hotel offers numerous amenities such as three fine dining restaurants (including sushi bar), three bars, jazz club, a night club, conference area featuring state-of-the-art technology, and sports centres and thus represents a year-round resort for leisure and business guests. There is a Mediterranean inspired wellness area with jacuzzi, steam bath, massage room and three saunas – Finnish, Swedish, salt.  There is an outdoor pool surrounded by a large sunbathing area, and guests can also relax in a large indoor pool, which looks out to the lush garden.
