It is hard to miss
Located in Tanjong Pagar Singapore District, the Pinnacle@Duxton is a 2.5 hectare unique residential complex housing a total of 1,848 units in 7 towering blocks. Soaring at 156m and consists of seven connected tower each is 50-storeys in height, this is the tallest public housing project in Singapore as of the year 2010.

These units are designated as special types having different unit variations for buyers. The residents had the opportunity to choose their flats’ layout from 35 different combinations of balconies, planter boxes, extended bays, bay windows and or planter areas. In June 2010, Pinnacle@Duxton was the recipient of the 2010 Best Tall Building Asia & Australasia award by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. In November 2010, it was among four Singapore projects that won top awards at the World Architecture Festival in Barcelona. It was named the “World’s Best Housing Development”.

What makes Pinnacle@Duxton interesting? It features the world’s two longest sky gardens of 500m each, on both the 26th & 50th floor offering the best bird-eye viewpoint of Singapore. But the one on the 26t- storey is only open to the residents boasts a jogging track, an outdoor gym as well as children’s playground. The Sky Garden at the 50t- storey is an observation deck open to the public where panoramic views of the city and beyond can be enjoyed all year round from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
