Villa Lupaccia

Situated on a hill and protected and shaded by the hills behind, Lupaccia looks triumphantly over the valley, like a stage with its theatre, over cultivated fields, small volcanic lakes and hills in the distance. The view is absolutely idyllic and the spectacle of the hundreds of varieties of roses in the garden should be framed.
Two hectares of private land surround Lupaccia. The swimming pool is a few metres from the house and is hidden by evergreen plants, the bushes which separate the two areas make the garden more secure for small children. A pool house with changing room, wc, external shower, fridge and a pergola with wooden sun loungers make the pool area very convenient and comfortable.
