Lovely stone home located in the charming village of Cabrieres d’Avignon. It is only 20 km from Gordes, 15 minutes from Cavaillon and Isle sur la Sorgue, and 200 yards from local shops. It is a simple and pleasant house in the heart of a very beautiful village.
In the Living area : 1300 sq. ft on 2 levels. In 4000 sq. ft grounds of flowered gardens (cypress-trees, olive-trees, lavender ) The swimming pool is 8 m x 4 that has access to the street. There is a sitting room with mezzanine, fire place, satellite TV, sofa and an independent dining room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 burners, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer). There is laundry room with washing machine & dryer. Shower-room with washbasin and toilet. Garden furniture is provided.
