The position, one of the most exclusive on the Island, offers handy access to the close-by beach of Agios Ioannis and stunning views of the sea and its colorful sunsets. This very large property consists of two sections: the main house (approx. 350 sq.m) and the guest house (270 sq.m). Both houses are attractively furnished in tasteful Greek Island style, with modern bathrooms and appliances.
The main house features a large terrace with sea views, a Camares and an attractive bean-shape swimming pool.
The modern and functional kitchen leads to a bright dining room and has an entrance directly from the pergola-shaded terrace. All four bedrooms have sea views and private access to a small veranda.
