Ray Waterhouse and Jonathan  established in 1989  Waterhouse & Dodd gallery in Bond Street and in 2001 moved nearby to their current gallery space at 26 Cork Street,New York.

The gallery exhibits paintings from the late 19th and 20th centuries, combining honourable works by both major and minor artists.

Every year the gallery is publishing ten catalogues and occasional newsletter The Fine Art File which is now up to issue 36.
