ARCO Fair
One of Europe’s largest contemporary art fairs, ARCO turns the capital of Spain into the capital of art. Attracting more than 200,000 visitors, this annual showcase is a whirlwind of artistic fervour, offering all that is new, inspiring and mind-blowing-crazy-weird-nutty-mad in the art world – as it has done since 1981. About 3,000 artists and 200 galleries take part,m and painting, sculpture, installations and photography are just some of the mediums being used. The 30th edition Arco-Madrid was held in Feria de Madrid, Comunidad De Madrid, Spain on 16 Feb 2011.

Galleries, collectors, institutions, curators and other experts traveled to Madrid from around the world for an event lending a major focus to Latin America, Russia and young emerging galleries from Europe. ARCO Madrid show’s exhibitors were from various world acclaimed art galleries which included: ATM Contemporary Gallery Altamira, BlainSouthern, Carlos Carvalho Arte Contempornea, Cristina Guerra Contemporary Art, Edward Tyler Nahem Fine Art, Knoll Galleries Vienna & Budapest, Michael Janssen, Vanguardia, Kewenig Galerie, Michael Stevenson and so on.
