Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru
Situated in the middle of the island Landaa Giraavaru in Maldives and stretching down to sea, the spa complex is placed on a huge site, with 10 individual treatment pavilions – four over water, three in a lush garden setting and three in the Ayurvedic Retreat.The crystal water pavilions have an attached steam room and deep bath that overlooks the ocean, while each garden treatment villa has a steam room and outdoor shower. Guests aged 16 and above are welcome to enjoy every spa procedure.
The Spa and Ayurvedic Retreat could be experienced both in fragrant intimate gardens or as a sea breeze-touched water spa.Indian experts are taking care for you in the special spa pavilions and ayurvedic suits.Private yoga sessions could be taken by spiritual and well experienced yogi in picturesque tranquility. Secluded open-air treatment zones are the lavish tropical part of the relaxation process.Numerous pathways throughout the beautiful surrounding gardens allow for leisurely walks during the treatment. The spa also includes a beauty salon and juice bar.
Situated within the spa complex, the Ayurvedic Retreat, a first for Four Seasons, is designed to stimulate its guests into thinking about, experimenting with and understanding the fundamental philosophical approach to ayurveda. The Resort has worked closely with experts from nearby Kerala, India, to ensure this ancient science of life has been successfully transported to the Maldives. These experienced Keralan and Sri Lankan therapists and ayurvedic physicians are highly trained professionals in ayurveda, including diet, body type, patient approach and the practice of yoga and meditation.
