Bangkok University Creative Center, Thailand
Bangkok University Creative Center (BUCC) with its 600 square meters in total consists of a library, exhibition space, a workshop, viewing room and an office. The interior design of two of the floor was created by Supermachine Studio Thailand, a team of four gifted architects, who describe themselves as ‘small office - big projects’
BUCC’s design is open, expressive, playful and flexible. The creativity approach is on purpose and is part of the government’s attempts
to transform the economy and to turn it into more creative one.
The internet center is encircled in a green pod, which resembles a space-ship which students can move around in the open space.
The facility will soon be fully accomplished and will be opened for students. Currently the designers are concentrating on the interiors for the university’s student lounge facility.
