Mini House in Japan

Mini House in Kobe, Japan by Architect Hiroaki Ohtani is made up of concrete stripes with certain space between them. So they are forming openings so that stairs, furnitures and floors are lighted trough the margins. The only door in the house is the sliding door to the toilet.
The tree in front of the entrance door brings the sense of eccentricity in the exterior .Then you you enter on a floor, where you can either sweep to the bedroom, or essay the basement where a formal dining room and bathroom are placed.
The living room and the kitchen are on the 3rd floor, exactly under the roof deck of which half is a glazed panel to bathe the main stairwell with light. The front of the house is a larged glass panel to let more light into the house and the rear wall has smaller window striped by the precast concrete.
