The beach of Pochomil is one of the more beaches in Nicaragua. It is the nearest Managua and it gets very crowded with people in the weekend. To get there, you should leave Managua by the South Highway. Continue going straight until there are signs that point to Pochomil. The distance from Managua is 65 km, and it takes an hour to get there.

Capoliveri is located on the island of Elba, in the region of Tuscany, Italy. The house is situated in a park on the hill side, shaded by beautiful pines, olive and almond trees, in a peaceful area and not distant from the sea. A Renaissance villa with sgraffito facade and remarkable vaulted spaces inside is dated from the beginning of the 16th century. It was completely restored and rebuilt in 2000.
