Capoliveri is located on the island of Elba, in the region of Tuscany, Italy. The house is situated in a park on the hill side, shaded by beautiful pines, olive and almond trees, in a peaceful area and not distant from the sea. A Renaissance villa with sgraffito facade and remarkable vaulted spaces inside is dated from the beginning of the 16th century. It was completely restored and rebuilt in 2000.
The complex is composed of 10 apartments, well furnished and functional, with satellite colour-TV, large verandas with table and chairs. Romantic with antique furnishings and Large rooms and baths.
