Eco Retreat
There is something unusual in the Dyfi Forest. As dawn breaks over Wales, the sun picks out a strange array of shapes and colours. In the middle of the forest, there is a 21-foot-diameter North-American tepees and on 18-foot Mongolian style yurt. The camp is undoubtedly a low-tech experience, with private toilets and solar shower bags to provide you with warm water.

The owners of this ‘eco world’ rent the land from a local organic farm and only fair-trade with the guests. All the waste products go back to feed the earth. Eco Retreat is more than a experience. It’s an escape from the modern world. There is no electricity, no running water and no reception for cell phone. This is a place to let the mind wander.

Guests will be invite to join a communal meditation session on their second night in the camp and a healing session is included as a part of the deal
. Also a free ticket for the nearby Center for Alternative Technology is featured. Outcome, this place is the ultimate chill-out-zone with plenty of space.

The Eco Retreat is an award-wining tourism project and offers a true get-away from it all experience.
