Taiwan is a destination for many tourists and the income they generate for Taiwan probably made this project possible. But, as you say it here, other countries in the world should learn about green projects and make them turn into something real.

This is certainly a good idea. Not many countries thought of this before building a stadium and not many still need to build one so Taiwan has really outdone itself. Besides this, I found some cheap vacations to Taiwan so I'm thinking of actually going there and watch a game.

I do hope that I would see a stadium like this here in Koh-Chang, China (http://koh-chang.info/ ). After all, more people equals more energy consumption, that’s why having a sustainable energy alternative is crucial, in order to avoid the tons of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere annually.

Taiwan is surely on my visit list just to see this stadium. This project is very impressive and maybe other countries in the world should learn a lesson here and stop polluting the environment.
