The Wilfsonion Florida International University Museum in Miami Beach, Florida is one of the world’s leading modern art museums. The Museum of Contemporary Art  opened its building in February 1996. It features an interesting mix of modern and contemporary works.

The museum features exhibits of contemporary works, primarily from the 1940s to the present, as well as collections of art from other historical periods.
