Le Jules Verne restaurant, Paris

The prestigious “Le Jules Verne Restaurant” is located on the second floor in France’s most famous landmark – The Eiffel Tower. With more than 6.7 million visitors last year, it’s the symbol of Paris. The restaurant has a private elevator, which zips you up 125 meters above ground. No trip to the French capital is complete without it.

In 2007 the restaurant‘s chef Alain Ducasse and his designer Patrick Jouin, transformed the place using a chocolate color and amber lighting. All the decor had to be light on this iron structure. And because space is tight, the kitchen, where the food is washed and prepared is located underground.
