For many people Nebraska is an image of flat prairies, stretching to the horizon. But in the north of Niobrara River Valle is filled with wildlife, rolling hills and pure waterfalls.
The Niobrara River flows across Nebraska for more than 400 miles emptying into the Missouri River. The water is calm and knee-deep.

This picture is taken on the beach at Merrit Reservoir, a deep emerland lake rimmed with white-sands beaches. The reservoir is situated on 26 miles south of Valentine, Neb.
The location of the Reservoir is a prime spot for stargazing. The stars here are shot in a time-lapse photographer. ”On a clear moonless night, no kiding, it’s so bright the Milky Way casts a shadow”.
