Swedish Style
Swedens province Skane, which is the southernmost county that has been drawing Swedes from ages. Ales Stenar is one of the popular spots there, which is called also ” Swedish Stonehenge”.
 
A millennium ago 59 massive stones were arranged there on a bluff in the form of a giant ship – some 220 feet long.
 
If you have plans to book your trip exactly in this part of Sweden you won’t be wrong. The young and affluent crowd in Bastad play on the beach almost every sunny day. The hang gliders are everywhere soaring off the cliffs in the Osterlen region.
 
As well as the resort of Bastad is home to the Swedish Open tennis tournament every July.
