Devils Tower National Monument

The Devils Tower National Monument is a 1,300 acre preserve with rolling hills and a river- the park’s eponymous tower of rock stands glinting gray and tan.

Geologically, the tower is a wonder, a formation of igneous intrusion, lava burped up from undergraound eons ago, with time and wind and water then washing away layer upon layer to unveil the work.

It is a singular summit – as well as its challenging routes and solid stone – that prompts more than 3,000 climbers to make the drive each year to Crook Country.

Crook Country is a country located in the U.S. state of Wyoming. Its capital seat is Sundance. Clear Wyoming air- in the quantity of more than 500 vertical feet. The land is red, the river is silver. Trees are like sticks from this view. The sky burn orange and purple.

The top of the tower was glowing, blinking on boulders.
