The hotel is nestled in rich Paro valley, where is also the nation’s anly airport with flights to Bangkok, Calcutta and Delhi. Paro Paro has 20 rooms and 9 villas with private spa, tea-making facilities, yoga mat, indoor pool, outdoor sundeck.

Two of the villas are located a little up in the forest with full-equipped gym, a sunlit yoga room, treatment rooms, where visitors can enjoy body therapies heavily-influenced by Ayuverda. Daily yoga classes are offered every morning. Several times during the year the resort’s even offers Yoga Weeks led by internationally renowned teachers.

As well as all these treatments can be combined with outdoor activities such as quided walsk, camping treks, mountain biking tours, cultural visits to local monasteries, villages, markets and museums.

At Paro Hotel the food experience also took a big advantage. There’s ”Bukhari” restaurant set among tall pine trees with floor-to-ceiling windows. The restaurant offers dishes cooked in the charoal tandoor oven, mustard-seed sauces, fresh sweetened curd.
