Disney ’s Magic and Wonder
Disney Magic & Disney Wonder, are the first two Disney-owned cruise ships, delivered 1998 and 1999 respectively. They were built by Fincantieri in Italy, and are 294 metres long (slightly longer than the QE2 - only the Norway is longer amongst operating cruise ships). They are 85000 gross tons, and carry 1750 passengers (lower berths only - 2400 maximum). Five Sulzer diesels, 57663 kW total, drive them at 24 knots. The crew numbers 915.
The Disney Magic and her sister ship, the Disney Wonder (front) offer guests an exciting new way to vacation with Disney. The Disney Cruise Line offers three-, four-, and seven-night cruise vacations and land/sea vacations that combine the fun and excitement of Walt Disney World Resort with the enchantment of a Disney Cruise Line voyage to the Bahamas and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay.

Experience incredible on board activities on The Big Red Boat®. We have something for cruisers of all ages. Separately or together, from our original Disney stage shows to dance and comedy clubs, there’s fun for everyone onboard. Our open-air deck parties are always happy celebrations, and a different dining experience takes place every night. We have fantastic programs just for kids and teens, and there’s even something special for the littlest of cruisers on the Disney Wonder and Disney Magic. And while the kids are having a great time on their own we also provide indulgent pampering just for adults.
