Most hotels in
San Antonio are only a few minutes walk away from famous clubs like Es Paradis Terrenal and Eden. And from the hotel entrance it’s only a stone’s throw to the West End, home to the town’s greatest concentration of
small discos (
Chac Mool, Tropicana, Play 2, Nightlife etc.). With its Happy Hours, booming house music and undeniable buzz, the West End serves as the ideal starting point for a night’s clubbing. And all other
major clubs and discos (
Amnesia, El Divino, Pacha, Privilege and Space) in
San Rafael or Ibiza town are within a distance of 9 to 19 km only.
With more than 700 cultural and natural sites already protected worldwide, the World Heritage Committee of UNESCO inscribed Ibiza on the World Heritage List in 1999. The Phoenician ruins of Sa Caleta and the Phoenician-Punic cemetery of Puig des Molins are exceptional evidence of urbanization and social life in the Phoenician colonies of the western Mediterranean. They constitute a unique resource, in terms of volume and importance, of material from the Phoenician and Carthaginian tombs. The fortified Upper Town is an outstanding example a fortified acropolis which preserves in an exceptional way in its walls and in its urban fabric successive imprints of the earliest Phoenicians settlements and the Arab and Catalan periods through to the Renaissance bastions.
