Feel the extreme sightseeings on Virunga Volcanoes Safari

The national park covers the western shores of Lake Edward, known for its hippopotamuses (now badly depleted by more than 95%) while elsewhere, marshland, grassland plateau and plains dominate the park.
The Rwenzori Mountains lie on the Ugandan border and rise to alpine meadows and a glacier, while Nyiragongo and Nyamuragira are both active volcanoes with substantial associated lava plains.
Nyiragongo volcano is located in Virunga National park. It is one really amazing place where you can go and see the boiling lava into the volcano’s crater. Nyiragongo is famous for its lava lake - permanent pool of liquid magma. It is one quite extreme trip indeed because this volcano erupted in 2002 and destoyed the town of Goma violently. and up to now this volcano still active. But the breathtaking views worth a look definetely.
