Traveling with the own bike in the Dominican Republic ?

It is easier then you think. Meanwhile many airlines carry the bikes for free. Take a cruise and bring your bikes with you. Because every day is a new day when you explore something. And do not get injured. You don’t want to visit hospitals in the carribean
2nd Day: Jarabacoa – Constanza. Views in the forests around. Overnight stay at
Constanza. 55km more or less, hilly and parts with gravel and asphalt
3th Day: Constanza – Valle Nuevo. This is the hardest day ! Around 2.550km, the
highest valley in the Caribbean. Overnight in San Jose de Ocoa. After this more than 80km.
4th Day: A day to relax. With possibilities to do horsebach riding, hiking, canoeing, canyoning/rope down training. Overnight in San Jose de Ocoa.
5th Day: Circular Tour to the Rancho Mahoma. Overnight in San Jose de Ocoa.
6th Day: Biking tour to the bay of Ocoa. An easy tour from San Jose to the see side-500km. At the end of the tour a bath in the Caribbean See and a fish meal by sun down. Overnight in San Jose de Ocoa. After 45km more.
7th Day: Biking in the national Park of Lago Enriquillo. Overnight in San Jose de Ocoa
8th Day: San Jose de Ocoa – Rancho Arriba. This is the hard one. Up-hill to 600m over sea level, then over the mountaintops with a incredible panorama view at the surrounding tropical mountains. After the down hill tour, we get in to our canoes and go on a 2 to 3 hours tour on the Rio Nizao with easy wild water. Overnight in San Jose de Ocoa 50km trails afterwards easy canoeing.
9th Day: Biking tour to Santo Domingo. Overnight in Santo Domingo 75km on gravel paths and through changing vegetation.

10th Day: End of the tour. After breakfast transfer to your holiday resortEnjoy your trip!
